Booq is one of the largest distributors and service providers for Dutch restaurants, bars and hotels. They provide them with complete POS solutions, from cash registers to handheld devices to kitchen management screens.

As part of a 10-week internship, I worked with a fellow student on analysing, designing and realising this project to help support the launch of self-setup POS systems. The support portal allowed customer service agents to view real-time status, system stats, and even VNC or SSH access, right in the browser of the agent.

It allowed Booq to launch their new self-setup POS systems successfully and is still in use to this day.
